Working alongside Paul Archer Design, we carried out a complete refurbishment to bring this property in line with our client’s precise vision for their family home. The ground floor required a significant structural alteration to allow for the introduction of a glazed rear extension, whilst upper floor alterations tied the property together as an elegant and cohesive living space. Ultimately, we achieved a modern and sharp finish that still maintained the character of the original property and surrounding area.
